When you are in charge of something you have to feel the responsibility for every detail of that product. Otherwise you might end up in a situation where you are not completely happy from the results of the work. That is something that you would like to avoid as I can imagine. If that is the case you should probably read this short article that I have written yesterday as thanks to this you will see a situation in which a problem appears because of lack of responsibility. I have been the coordinator of the new project of our company which was the production of baby blanket. My boss believed that I will be able to handle it without problems and that he can trust me as far as this is concerned. I have to say that I was really happy that he has that kind of approach. Obviously I wasn^t able to control the entire production process of baby blanket. That is why I told my assistant to take care of the packaging. That was a mistake. When I saw the results of his work and the final design for the baby blanket packaging, I was shocked. It looked terrible and I would never let it be product massively. Luckily there was enough time to change it and introduce a new one instead of this one.
