Needing healthy diet plans

I will begin straight off the bat and start by saying that I am a really fat individual. It really hurts me; maybe not literally but mentally. I want to change something in my life. I want to change my physique because not only will I die quicker than I should if I stay in this shape for a longer time, but I will also have difficulties in finding a good job because, nowadays, people tend to look at you as a whole - employers want to have good looking representatives. It is really painful because I want to thrive; I want to succeed. I had an opportunity for a good job but my physique crossed me out. Scarcely had I entered the place where the interview was at, when I got laughed at and heard that I was not an individual they were looking for. It got into my head and I haunted me for a long time. I hate my corrugated body and I strive after a leaner body. I am working out daily but this does not bring a lot to the table. What I need are healthy diet plans so I can eat healthy. I could elicit all the workouts that I do but what for? Working out not paired with any healthy diet plans are redundant. It pesters me a ton and I want to change it. I want to start eating healthy and lose weight.
