Dont believe in miracles connected with creatine

Believing in various myths and legends doesn"t always pay off. Of course I don"t mean the real mythology, the ancient Greek or Roman stories about heroes and gods, or half gods, I just mean myths, in the sense of stupid tales which do not contain even a small grain of truth. I just came across something like that recently when I was trying to start with regular exercising in the gym. the trainer advised me to buy creatine and take it once a day, before the main meal, which in my case is the dinner. As well as in case of millions other people I suppose. I eat normally, without any fireworks, so to say. I have no idea why this thing doesn"t work on me. There is simply zero reaction to creatine from my organism. This is why I don"t believe in this whole creatine miracle. This is just a stupid legend, made up of nothing particular. People always say that supplements, dietary supplements help to gain mass quicker. They say that thanks to them your body would look just great in a couple of weeks, instead of whole works of hard work. sadly, all these opinions are based on nothing. The true outcome of taking creatine is trouble with health. That is the only aspect I can assure you of after taking some myself. I know what I am talking about.
